Job Description
Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for Building, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and testing mechanical equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Work closely with engineers & technician teams, on different system engineering projects.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and technical manuals to build and Installation, align, and commission new mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and replace defective components and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Maintain the requirements of consumables and Co-ordinate with inventory team and ensure the availability of the materials.
- ITI with minimum 4-6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Grinding, cutting, drilling and assembly of mechanical components.
- Basic understanding of work safety and using PPE's is essential skill.
- Basic knowledge of MS-office and outlook.
- Welding skills add advantages.
