MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (Mechanical Process Plant Ammonia/Urea)

- Mechanical maintenance and Troubleshooting activities in the continuous operation plants for all major types of rotating and static mechanical equipment. - Installation, removal fixing back and maintenance of Pumps & Blowers, compressors, fans, Turbines, all types of Valves, Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Pipes, and other static equipment. - Carry out maintenance activity independently as necessary. Handling different type of tools used for maintenance activities and work in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment. - Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify the detected faults through the work examination methods and standards. - Thorough understanding of the Isometrics, mechanicals drawings and datasheets. - Cleaning, preserving & maintaining the removed parts of the equipment. - R
