Requisition Description :
Degree TPI QA/QC Inspection resources with min. 5 years of experience in fabrication,
erection of piping, inspection for modification of vessel/columns/Heat Exchangers, tank & sphere inspection, Hydro test of heat exchanger / Vessels / boilers / Piping, Internal inspection of vessel/ columns/ heaters/ heat exchangers/ reactors etc.in the refinery, and petrochemical plants.
Inspection Resources must have Experience in following activities:
- Able to read and interpret isometric & P&ID drawings.
- Fit up & Weld visual inspection as per isometric and P & ID drawing
- Review / Qualification of WPS/PQR as per ASME Sec IX
- Welder qualification and procedure qualification as per ASME SEC.IX
- Witness of Dye Penetrant testing, PAUT, UT testing, MPT testing, Hardness testing, PMI, Ferrite testing etc.
- Review of PWHT Charts / Calibration certification of measuring / testing instruments.
- Interpretation of radiography films
- Witness of hydro testing, pneumatic testing etc. of piping & equipments.
- Mechanical clearance of piping loop
- Pressure safety valve/PVRV testing.
- Internal & External Inspection of piping.
- Internal & External Inspection of Pressure vessel, Columns & Reactors
- Internal & External Inspection of Heat Exchanger
- Internal & External Inspection of Heaters, Boilers.
- Internal & External Inspection of Tanks.
- Must have experience in inspection report writing & issuing recommendations.
