Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Erode for a Mechanical Supervisor. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, provide leadership to the team, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, managing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, and supervising the operational efficiency of mechanical systems. Coordination with teams and ensuring timely task completion will also form a significant part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience with preventive maintenance and maintenance management processes
- Proficiency in conducting inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety
- Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks and troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and protocols
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Relevant certification or diploma in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred
