Job Title: Service Engineer
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
(Preferably in CNC domain)
Location: Pune / Surat
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission machinery and equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in CNC or capital equipment
- Provide hands-on technical support and training to customer operators and maintenance staff
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain proper service documentation
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments for service execution
- Escalate unresolved or critical technical issues to senior engineers or technical head
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical drawings, and schematics
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service and support
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering
