Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in our Indore location. In this role, the candidate will oversee the design and development of machinery for the snacks food industry, leveraging both machine design principles and CAD software. Responsibilities include managing engineering projects, conducting research and development, ensuring adherence to performance standards, and collaborating with teams to provide innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the food engineering or manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
• 5 or more years experience as a Mechanical Service Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Working experience in the food processing industry will be handy.
• Good Knowledge about conveying system & thermodynamics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical processes.
• Customer Interaction: Proficiency in English & capability to effectively handle customer queries and issues, independently.
• Should have some Experience as a Team leader.
• Experience in Maintenance or machine development.
• Proficiency in CAD software or 3D Modelling tools.
• Travel: Those who are accustomed to extensive travelling both India & abroad should apply only.
• Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform mechanical work, including installation and commissioning of equipment, must have basic understanding of an electrical & instrumentation side also.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problemsindependently.
• Salary: Based on performance.
