Required Skills Qualifications- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- 2to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Hands-on experience with quality instruments (e.g., Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle and operate quality measurement instruments effectively
- Maintain inspection reports and documentation
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve quality
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures
- Update and manage data in ERP systems
