Position : PROJECT ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
Location: PAN INDIA (HQ- Navi Mumbai, Koparkhairane)
Qualification: Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-4 years. Should have experience handling projects.
Budget – 6.00-8.00 LPA
Preference: Experience in the Data Centre industry and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) service installation
Role & responsibilities :-
- Project Execution: Oversee and manage mechanical installations and MEP services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Manpower Management: Supervise and coordinate with on-site manpower and execution teams to ensure efficient and effective task completion.
- Structural Problem Solving: Apply basic structural knowledge to address and solve on-site challenges related to alignment, assembly, and structural integrity.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address their concerns and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving.
- Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols, particularly when working at height or in potentially hazardous environments.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth site operations.
Candidate Profile:-
- Experience in mechanical installations, particularly in the Data Centre industry or MEP services..
- Decent Communication Skills:
- Knowledge of site documentation, project invoicing, and site reporting.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of project budgeting and cost estimation.
- Ability to convert technical data into practical solutions.
Work Environment & Conditions :-
- Location: Pan India candidates may be required to travel to various project sites.
- Work Hours: Standard working hours, with flexibility to manage project timelines.
