Mechanical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordination & Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact between bothengineering offices.
• Ensure seamless information exchange and collaboration onmechanicalengineering projects.
• Conduct regular virtual and in-person meetings to align project goals.

1. Project Management:

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate solutions between offices.
• Ensure both teams are aligned on technical specifications and design changes.

1. Technical Support & Documentation:

• Review and validatemechanicaldesigns, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain updated technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer between offices.

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure quality control across both offices by standardizingengineering practices.
• Oversee testing, prototyping, and troubleshooting ofmechanicalsystems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

1. Software & Tools Management:

• Work with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and otherengineering tools to support both teams.
• Facilitate integration of software and workflows between offices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree inMechanicalEngineeringor a related field.
• 3+ yearsof experience inmechanicaldesign, coordination, or project management.
• Strong understanding ofmechanicalsystems, fabrication, and construction processes.
• Experience withAutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar software.
• Excellentcommunication and organizational skills.
• Ability tomanage multiple projectsat same time.
• Experience ininterdisciplinary coordination(mechanical, electrical, civil) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience inHVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or construction industries.
• Familiarity withinternationalengineering standards (ASME, ISO, etc.).
• Previous experience working in amulti-office or multinational environment.
