Responsibilities include preparation and review of Piping materials drawing and data sheet

Preparation of support MTO

Prepare For Enquiry Piping Material Requisition

Review & Submit customer technical deviations from Project & Company Spec.

Updating of Piping Design basis

Inter departmental coordination

Preparation of Piping Layout or Piping GAD's.

Calculation of Pipe size as per process parameters such as Pr, Temp & Flow etc.

Preparation of Line list.

Calculation of Miter Elbow/Bends.

Proficient in reading of ISO, PID, PFD, GAD, Piping layout, Instrument hook up, Structure Fabrication, Foundation layout, Vendor and equipment detail Drawing.

Area of expertise includes Piping Valve Package Management, Metallurgy, Stress Analysis, MTO & Requisitioning, Technical Report Writing in Offshore EPCI Projects.
