Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilledMEP BIM Modelerwith 23 years of proven experience delivering BIM models for US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise inAutodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manageparametric familiesfor Mechanical and Plumbing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and updateMechanical and Plumbing BIM modelsin Revit for US commercial and residential projects.
- Create, modify, and maintainparametric Revit familiesto support project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensureclash-free, integrated models.
- Interpret and applyUS codes, standards, and project specificationswithin BIM workflows.
- Support project teams withshop drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation.
- Ensuremodel accuracy, consistency, and compliancewith BIM execution plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and BIM coordinators to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 23 years of experienceworking on US-based MEP projects.
- Strong proficiency inAutodesk Revit MEPwith advanced knowledge ofparametric family creation.
- Familiarity withNavisworksfor clash detection and coordination.
- Understanding ofMEP systems design and documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to deliveringhigh-quality BIM outputs.
- Exposure toBIM 360/ACCplatforms
