Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Mechatronics
Job Responsibilities
- Product design and detail engineering of mechanical / mechatronic systems
- 3D modeling and detailing using UG NX / CATIA / SolidWorks
- Preparation of 2D drawings with proper GD&T standards
- Design, testing, and assembly of electro-pneumatic systems
- Creation of manufacturing drawings for:
- Machined components
- Sheet metal parts
- Exposure to various manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, etc.)
- Preparation of process sheets / route cards
- Basic understanding of:
- Electronic components
- PCB fundamentals (interface-level knowledge)
Mandatory Skills
- Product Design & Detail Engineering
- 3D CAD tools: NX / CATIA / SolidWorks
- GD&T & manufacturing drawings
- Electro-pneumatic systems
- Machining & sheet metal knowledge
- Process sheet preparation
Added Advantage
- Mechatronics background
- Exposure to electronics & PCB basics
- Defense / aerospace project exposure (good to have)
