Responsibilities
- Preparation of Preventive maintenance schedule, Shut down maintenance schedule and condition monitoring.
- Preparation of SOP and SMP of equipment.
- Preparation of safety standards, compliances, protocols and emergency preparedness etc.
- Preparation of scope of work, BOQ and sharing requisition to commercial dept to raise the enquiry to get the offers for finalising the work order for executing the shutdown jobs.
- Preparation of AMC contract, man power-based contract etc.
- Standardisation of spares specification, spares planning with respect to critical equipment and periodic replacement.
- Identification of critical spare and procurement of the same with special focus on enhanced performance coupled with cost efficiency and indigenous of spares, review of spares list for the financial year prepared and subsided by the down line team.
- Preparation and review of RCFA, MTTF, MTTR, MBTF and CAPA etc for the break downs of the equipment.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
BE (Mechanical)/ Diploma Mechanical
Required Skills :
Maintenance of Pellet Plant equipment ie., Pelletizing disc, Travelling Grate, Rotary Kiln, Annular Cooler, Mixtures, Vertical Mills, Ball Mills, Screens, Weigh Feeders, Fans, Blowers, Heat Exchangers, ESP, Conveyors and utilities
