Job Description
- Preventive and predictive maintenance of production and packaging machines.
- Troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintenance of motors, pumps, gearboxes, blowers, compressors and utility equipment.
- Knowledge of automation systems, sensors, transmitters, servo motors and temperature controllers.
- Maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Spare parts inventory and vendor management.
- Planning and monitoring maintenance schedules.
- Reading mechanical drawings and symbols.
- Implementing SOPs, QMS, ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Managing technicians, manpower and production coordination.
- Preparing maintenance reports and documentation.
- Improving machine efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
