Mechanical Maintenance

Lead the mechanical design and analysis of components, assemblies, and systems using CAD and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS).

Develop and validate mechanical systems through prototyping, testing, and analysis (thermal, stress, vibration, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, quality, and project management to deliver products that meet performance, cost, and schedule targets.

Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.

Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.

Generate and manage detailed engineering documentation including 2D drawings, BOMs, FMEA, and test plans.

Drive continuous improvement in mechanical design processes and tools.

Interface with suppliers and vendors for component sourcing, DFMA, and production ramp-up support.
