Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join our Maintenance team on a full-time basis:

Major Responsibilities:

• Initiate, Implement and manage Plant Maintenance / Prepare, Analyze and recommend for Plant performance improvement
• Trouble shooting ofCNC & SPM machines, PM,PDM,TPM Implementation
• Identifying Root cause ,and ensuring corrective actions are in place
• Ensure compliance of Electrical & Mechanical System with National & Local Government Rules & Regulations
• Spares management

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

• Good exposure in CNC Machines & Handlingwith different controllers & Knowledge in Electrical circuits / Servo drives
• Hands on experience in handling CNC,SPM & Conventional equipment's like Milling ,Surface grinding etc.,
• Good exposure in ISO 9001-2015 & IATF,TPM, why why ,Root cause ,corrective action & 8D analysis
• Exposure in EHS Compliance

Academic/Professional Education: DME ,BE (MECHANICAL ,MECTRONICS )

Relevant Experience: With 6 to 10 years with experience in Plant Maintenance / Plant engineering
