Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and plant machinery
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime
• Develop and adhere to maintenance schedules and checklists
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts usage
• Coordinate with production teams to plan and execute maintenance activities
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, policies, and statutory regulations
• Supervise technicians and maintenance staff during repair and shutdown activities
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement as required
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery
• Analyze equipment failures and recommend improvements or modifications
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of equipment
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for audits and management review
