Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot:

• Twin-screw and single-screw extruders
• Gearboxes and drive systems
• Gravimetric feeders and dosing systems
• Strand and underwater pelletizers
• Pellet drying systems
• Cooling conveyors
• Pneumatic conveying systems
• Material handling equipment
• Blenders and mixers
• Dust collection systems
• Packaging systems

Reliability Improvement

• Conduct RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) for repetitive failures.
• Lead reliability improvement projects.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as:
• Vibration analysis
• Thermography
• Oil analysis
• Ultrasonic inspections
• 
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machinery.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
