Objectives:
Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position demands a thorough understanding of precast industry standards and best practices.
Role & responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they escalate.
- Collaborating with the production team to schedule Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and conducting repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment to facilitate prompt maintenance and repairs.
- Providing technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during maintenance activities.
- Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections for future reference.
- Participating in the evaluation and procurement of new maintenance equipment and tools.
- Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B. tech - Mechanical (Fulltime)
Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs (Construction Field experience is Preferred)
