Technical Knowledge & Computer Skills

Utilize basic computer skills for logging maintenance data, generating reports, and reviewing machine manuals.

Understand machine programs and perform basic troubleshooting for CNC and VMC machines.

Safety & Continuous Improvement

Ensure safe working practices while operating and maintaining machines.

Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine performance and life.

Core Competencies

Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and SPM machine maintenance.

Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Knowledge of IATF/ISO quality standards and systems.

Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
