Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer-HVAC to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Install and commission new HVAC equipment and systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and ductwork.
- Familiarity with HVAC controls and building management systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC Technician Certification or equivalent.
