We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and malfunctions.
- Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and industrial equipment.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
