We are looking for a Senior Principal Electromechanical Hardware Architect with 15+ years of experience in electromechanical product architecture, system integration, commercial product development, testing, product launches, and field issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end electromechanical hardware architecture for complex commercial products.

• Translate market requirements and customer needs into product and system architecture.

• Lead integration of mechanical, electrical, electronics, controls, sensors, actuators and other subsystems.

• Drive products from concept → prototype → testing → validation → production → commercial launch.

• Lead system-level verification, validation and qualification testing.

• Support manufacturing ramp-up, production readiness and product lifecycle activities.

• Lead root-cause analysis, failure investigations and field complaint resolution.

• Work closely with R&D, Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality, Service and Product Management teams.

• Drive improvements in reliability, manufacturability, cost, quality and serviceability.

• Convert customer feedback and field issues into product enhancements and next-generation requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
