We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all operations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work done on equipment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical fitting or similar roles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery.
- Hands-on experience with various tools and machinery used in mechanical fitting.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations in mechanical maintenance.
