Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate mechanical systems and components for automotive applications, including engine parts, suspension systems, and structural elements.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using CAD tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Conduct performance testing, stress analysis, and failure mode evaluations to ensure product reliability and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into vehicle systems.
• Support production teams by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and design modifications based on real-time feedback.
• Participate indesign reviews, DFMEA sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing techniques relevant to mechanical engineering in the automotive sector.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD for modeling and drafting.
• Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
• Experience with mechanical testing equipment, simulation tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving design and production issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams.
