Job Description

  • Confined Space Entry (CSE) training/certification is preferred.
  • Assist mechanical engineers in the installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and mechanical components.
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
  • Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other technical personnel to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
  • Able to work in tunnel environments and underground construction sites, including confined spaces, while adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform duties in challenging site conditions, including shift work, night work, or overtime when required.
