Job Title: Application Engineering Trainee (Mechanical)
Magma Engineering is seeking motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates or final‑year students to build a career in Application Engineering. Candidates will work on Siemens NX, Solid Edge, SIMCENTER, and Altair software portfolios across Design, Manufacturing, and Simulation domains.
Based on the candidate's knowledge and interest, training will be provided. Selected candidates will work with our technical team on live projects, PoC activities, technical demonstrations, and software support for key clients such as MRF, TITAN, and RANE Engineering, gaining valuable real‑time industry experience.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support engineering projects using NX, Solid Edge, SIMCENTER, and Altair tools
- Assist in PoC projects and technical demonstrations for customers
- Provide day‑to‑day software support and troubleshooting
- Work closely with senior application engineers on client projects
- Continuously learn and apply advanced engineering workflows
Career Progression
- Based on performance over 6 months, candidates may be:
- Absorbed on‑roll with Magma Engineering, or
- Supported for placement at client locations
