Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical and embedded systems engineers to design next-gen motion systems (linear motors, actuators, etc.)
- Assist in CAD modeling, prototyping, and thermal/structural analysis of mechanical sub-assemblies
- Support testing and iteration of high-performance components including housings, mounts, and custom motion hardware
- Contribute to design reviews and bring a fresh, critical perspective to novel mechanical problems
- Work hands-on with tools, materials, and sensors to validate designs in the lab
Who you are
- Final year B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or recently graduated
- Curious, hands-on, and self-motivated with a solid grasp of core mechanical concepts (dynamics, materials, thermals)
- Comfortable with CAD tools (SolidWorks) and hands-on with FEA tools like ANSYS/Hyperworks.
- Bonus if you've worked on DIY projects, robotics, mechatronics, or participated in competitions like Formula Student, SAE Aero, or robotics clubs
- Not afraid to fail fast, learn quickly, and get your hands dirty
- Preferably Based out of Pune
