Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineering Intern role based in Nagpur. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing CAD models, conducting testing and analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to project management tasks. The role involves hands-on work and requires a strong commitment to innovation, problem-solving, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and concepts
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques is advantageous
• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Passion for innovation, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic

Important Aspects

• Solid working knowledge of at least one CAD tool
• Basic understanding of structural mechanics: stress, strain, load paths
• Familiarity with 3D printing concepts (FDM/gantry systems preferred)
• Ability to work independently without constant hand-holding.
