Knowledge of mechanical components and applications. Experience with heavy machinery (construction, mining equipment) added advantage. Familiarity with rebuild operations and lifecycle management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 13 years in mechanical components or rebuild operations. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple rebuilds simultaneously.
