Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development

• Contribute to the design of TCS/SFN assemblies including manifolds, headers, valves, fittings, hoses, expansion tanks, strainers, and quick disconnects.
• Develop and maintain Creo 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and parametric libraries for TCS/SFN components.
• Ensure designs comply with ASME and ASHRAE liquid cooling guidelines and internal standards.

Documentation & Technical Data Management

• Prepare and maintain BOMs, PFDs, PIDs, and technical documentation in PLM systems (Oracle PD Cloud, Windchill).
• Provide input from custom orders and ETO projects into NPDI modules for continuous improvement.

System Analysis & Calculations

• Perform system sizing and calculations, including pressure drop, flow balancing, NPSH margin, and valve Cv selection.

Prototype & Testing Support

• Support prototype builds and validation testing, including pressure, leak, flow/thermal, cleanliness, and condensation/dew point checks.

Supplier & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with suppliers to review manufacturability, cost considerations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with global engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support layout/configurator tools and provide feedback to improve automation workflows.
