Supervise and direct the work of maintenance personnel, including operators, technicians, and contractors
Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance and repairs equipment like Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Multi Stage, Positive Metering Pumps, Twin Lobe Blowers, Compressors etc.
Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures.
Planning & Supporting the Line Fabrications of MS, SS, FRP & UPVC.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all water treatment plant equipment, including pumps, valves, chemical feed systems, and electrical/mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of HRSCC Racker Arm, Densadeg Clarifiers, Pressure Ultra Filtration, Ion Exchangers, Reverse Osmosis & ZLD Systems.
Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Procure necessary materials and equipment for maintenance activities.
Manage contracts with vendors and contractors.
Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections.
Respond to emergencies and ensure prompt restoration of plant operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel.
Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
Stay current with industry best practices and technologies.
Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities and plant performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections.
Participate in audits and inspections.
Assist with the operation of the water treatment plant as needed.
Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and the public.
