Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site mechanical support for local manufacturing operations.
- Analyze mechanical issues in components and assemblies, and propose effective solutions.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly with internal teams and external customers.
- Review production processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to improve product reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical engineering roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
- Based in India and familiar with local manufacturing practices.
