Annual CTC: 2.4 Lakhs per annum

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall production processes to meet daily targets
• Monitor and maintain product quality at all stages of production
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
• Plan and optimize manpower, materials, and machine usage
• Conduct routine inspections and identify process improvements
• Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain production and quality documentation and reports
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory norms

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/steel industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and ISO procedures
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
