Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting with implementation of all safety standards

Job Description of Position Incumbent:

1. Maintenance knowledge of the Raw Mill section, including VRM raw mills and roller press.
2. Spare parts planning and ensuring availability of all critical spares.
3. Conduct root cause analysis of mechanicalrelated problems and issues suggest and implement improvement actions.
4. Maintain S&S and RPM budgets of the section.
5. Ensure effective utilization of section manpower and other resources.
6. Carry out R1/R2 and S1/S2 checks as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
7. Maintain equipment history in SAP.
8. Possess good knowledge of SAP systems.
9. Knowledge of ABG safety standards, ISO, and WCM systems.
10. Ensure safe execution of all maintenance jobs.
