To review the Contract documents and specifications to understand the requirement of Quality related activities. Preparation of Inspection Test Plan, Inspection and Test Procedure andTechnical Delivery condition in compliance with Contract specification and relevant applicable codes and standards. Preparation of WPS, Procedure Qualification (PQR) and WPQ based on Contract requirements and ASME Sec IX, AWS D1.1 amd API 1104. Review of Vendor's Inspection and Test Plan, NDE Procedure, PMI Procedure, Hardness test Procedure, Pressure Test Procedure, Factory Acceptance Test Procedure, WPS, PQR, Surface Preparation & Painting Procedure, Packing Procedure in compliance with Contract specification, applicable codes and standards. Review of all MTC's compliance with Contract specifications and applicable codes and standards etc. Review of Inspection and Test reports as per approved ITP and in line with relevant codes and standards. Review of Inspection and Test reports as per approved ITP and in line with relevant codes and standards. To Evaluate Manufacturer and Supplier by Auditing as per Project Quality requirements. Participating in Client Meeting and discuss/update about manufacturing inspection status and Technical Clarifications. Inspection Coordination with Client, Vendor and Third party inspectors for all stages as per approved ITP. Involving various inspection activities during material receiving inspection as per Project Quality Requirements.  Additional certification :ASNT LEVEL II (RT, UT, MT and PT), CSWIP 3.1, ISO 9001. Codes Knowledge : ASME B31.3, B31.4, ASME SEC II, V, IX, VIII Div-I, API 1104,  AWS D1.1
