Mechanical Engineer

BE/Diploma Mechanical with 5-10 Years experience, hands on experience required with below details. Position details have shared earlier; position is for Mechanical Engineer.

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on:

• Twin Screw Extruders (barrel, screws, heaters, die heads)
• Pelletizers.
• Air Knife systems.
• Industrial Gearboxes
• Feeding systems, melt pumps, screen changers

Monitor equipment performance and address mechanical failures promptly.

 Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for chronic issues.
