Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in plant engineering and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience maintaining CNC machines, Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), and electro-mechanical equipment. Candidates with semiconductor manufacturing (fab) experience will be highly preferred.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience in plant engineering or manufacturing equipment maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance (preventive and breakdown maintenance) or Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown maintenance (BM), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance documentation, checklists, and safety procedures.
• Good-to-Have Skills
• Exposure in a semiconductor fabrication (Fab) environment.
• Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing and precision equipment.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, actuators, and servo motors.
• Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and calibration.
