MECHANICAL ENGINEER - MAINTENANCE

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to optimize and drive our foundry operations. In this role, you will oversee equipment maintenance, mold and pattern designs, and automation upgrades to ensure maximum efficiency and safety on the production floor.

• Role: Mechanical Engineer – Foundry Division
• Location: Wai Dist-Satara (Maharashtra)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Experience Level: 2–5 years in a casting or heavy manufacturing environment
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Maximize uptime for furnaces, molding lines, and sand systems.
• Process Optimization: Reduce scrap rates and cycle times through lean manufacturing.
• Tooling & Design: Review and improve pattern, mold, and core box designs using CAD software.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery and operations meet strict OSHA and environmental standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work with metallurgy and quality control teams to solve casting defects.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of casting processes (e.g., sand casting, investment casting).
