Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintenance, reliability and availability of OHP (crushers, conveyors) & HEMM equipment and provide the MIS report as per production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain OHP systems: crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors and bulk material handling equipment.
• Maintain HEMM fleet: excavators, dumpers, dozers, loaders, graders, drills and DG sets.
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
• Analyse breakdowns and implement reliability improvement measures.
• Plan critical spares and coordinate with stores/material teams.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history and MIS.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• 2- 5 years in similar field

• HEMM maintenance
• Maintenance planning & breakdown analysis
• SAP PM / MM exposure preferred
• Documentation & MIS reporting
