How You'll Make An Impact
- Design and develop mechanical components for electro-mechanical relays, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Apply industry best practices like Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Tolerance Stack-up analysis to optimize product robustness and manufacturability
- Generate engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material (BOM), to support manufacturing process
- Execute validation and verification activities to qualify the developed components
- Work closely with Vendors and Quality teams, including for mold development
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, fostering innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing-focused research and development
- Strong expertise in 3D modelling and drafting using tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metals and plastics, including material selection
- Familiarity with fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes
- Hands-on experience with prototyping and mechanical testing (e.g., Vibration and Thermal cycling)
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
