Expro Group are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering team based in Hyderabad.
Overall Purpose of the Job
Group Engineering is a central business group responsible for Expro's engineering activities.
Senior Engineer - Mechanical are required to perform general Engineering tasks as directed by the Engineering Team Manager in order to fulfil the requirements of Engineering projects.
Key Activities And Accountabilities
- Produce/check/approve Engineering documentation as required and check PDM entry as required
- Functionally supervise and mentor Engineers and Drafters working alongside
- Perform all tasks in accordance with Expro quality procedures and be fully familiar with group standards
- Be fully familiar with operation of Engineering systems and software packages
- Actively be involved in Engineering meetings, reviews as required
- Operate in a professional manner as a representative of Expro Group Engineering
Job Knowledge And Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree with area specific Oil and Gas industry knowledge
- Previous relevant engineering and/or operations
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Job Specific knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Engineering systems, standards and practices
- Proficient to use of ANSYS and/or STAAD software.
- Proficient in the Design, build & testing DNV lifting skids
- Proficient in the design, build & manufacture of vessels (ASM VIII) and pipework (AMSE B31.3)
- Well Testing Knowledge would be desirable
