The opportunity:

Mechanical Engineering researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.


How you'll make an impact:

  • From 3D-models create general arrangement and layout drawings of a cooling system

  • Prepare pipe assembly and manufacturing drawings

  • Prepare pipe support and support structure drawings

  • Prepare assembly drawings

  • Prepare pump unit frame structure manufacturing drawings

  • Update the drawings and documents based on comments from customer or as-built information

  • Update PID-diagram (2D) as per comments

  • Assist in CAD-component management

  • Expertise in Mechanical strength, structural static and dynamic verification, analysis is highly appreciated.

  • Directly responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation for respective projects as per quality process .

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Diploma / bachelor's in mechanical engineering.

  • Should have 3 - 7 years of experience.

  • Required skills in CAD tool: Solid Edge is preferred but SolidWorks or Inventor is acceptable.

  • Communication via Microsoft Teams.

  • Good at communicating and doing so with easy-to-understand English accent.

  • Knowledge of Liquid Piping systems/components and welded structures would be added advantage.
