Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Maintenance & Repair
- Perform routine maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, gearboxes, and bearings.
- Carry out repair and servicing activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Support breakdown maintenance and ensure quick restoration of equipment functionality.
Inspection & Troubleshooting
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults or failures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
Operations Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues in refinery operations.
- Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Maintain safe working practices during maintenance and repair activities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain maintenance logs and inspection reports.
- Support data analysis and reporting using MS Excel and other tools.
