Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an in-house MEPF Engineer based in Kolkata or Guwahati. The MEPF Engineer will be responsible for drafting, designing, and coordinating electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for small- to mid-scale projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed MEPF drawings and documentation, assisting in system design development, and ensuring seamless integration of services within architectural projects. The role requires close coordination with architects and consultants, adherence to relevant codes and safety standards, and the ability to resolve technical challenges during design and execution stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEPF design and drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire protection systems
• Experience in preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation
• Ability to ensure compliance with relevant codes and safety regulations
• Experience working on small- to mid-scale residential, commercial and institutional projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field
