About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong exposure to high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and quality control of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at the project site.

The role requires close coordination with civil, architectural, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing & sanitary systems
• Fire fighting systems
• HVAC systems
• STP/WTP systems
• DG & transformer-related works
• Coordinate with civil and finishing teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, material reconciliation, and work progress.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety norms, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and material planning for smooth site operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP execution for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and building services.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP coordination layouts.
• Experience in handling site execution, contractor management, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic project management tools preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• High-rise building project experience is mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and site coordination capability.
• Knowledge of safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
