Job Title: BIM Engineer (MEP)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Engineer with experience in Data Center projects and large-scale international projects, particularly in the U.S. and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection, with hands-on experience in LOD 400 model development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Create and manage LOD 400 models for MEP systems.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
• Support project teams throughout design, coordination, and construction phases.
• Prepare BIM deliverables, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

• B.Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience working on Data Center projects.
• Experience delivering BIM projects for U.S. and Middle East mega projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and project workflows.

Required Skills

• Mandatory experience in preparing MEP shop drawings for construction projects.
• Expertise in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good knowledge of Revit family creation and modification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BIM execution planning and project coordination.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards and best practices.
• Exposure to large-scale mission-critical facility projects, including Data Centers.

Experience

• BIM Engineer: 3+ Years
• Senior BIM Engineer / BIM Lead: 5+ Years
• Demonstrated experience in Data Center and international mega projects.
