Role Description

Rio Luxury Homes Private Limited is seeking a full-time Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer for an on-site role located in Bardez. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities in building projects. Daily duties include managing MEP systems design and installation, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with architects and project managers to deliver efficient building services that meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Coordination
• Practical knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical Engineering
• Understanding of Building Services and construction-related MEP requirements
• Ability to manage projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in luxury residential construction projects preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
