Key Responsibilities
The Designer will support the goals and programs established by the management team. These
Roles And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide and check drawings / BOM as per customer requirements.
- Prepare bulk MTOs (Material Take Offs) and detailed BOMs (Bill of Materials) with no
- supervision from Engineer.
- Ensure drawings follow the Engineering and quality standards set by the leads.
- Prepare layout drawings to customer to present the proposed equipment and the
- function of the equipment.
- Prepare and complete various Mechanical, Piping, Structural deliverable drawings and
- documents such as layout/general arrangements, piping isometrics, piping
- schedule, piping tie-point/ interface drawings, piping insulation details, structural general
- arrangement drawings, structural weld details /notes, structural connection detail
- drawings, foundation support details, equipment mounting / support details, pipe support
- details, weight / COG reports, manual valve list, HVAC ducting, instrumentation, flow
- diagrams, Process and Instrument Diagrams, pump alignment drawings, handrails /
- ladders, walkways, and stairs as per OSHA, platform and grating detailed drawings, etc.
- Help in solving problems by simulating the problems in drawings.
- Prepare sequence drawing and procedure for Factory Acceptance Test.
- Prepare and compile installation procedure for submission to customer.
- Supervise the outsourcing of engineering design work to 3rd party engineering / design
- firms when needed.
- Review, as required, vendor data and drawings to ensure compliance with client
- specifications or applicable standards.
- Produce report data from models and assist in providing necessary design information to
- Project/Client/Third Party, as required.
- Provide and document Lessons learned feedback and utilize findings from the process
- to update tools and procedures.

Work Experience
5-10 years of experience mechanical, piping, and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale
Data Center Modules or related environment in similar industry.
Mastery Knowledge And Proficiency In
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- PDF Editor (Adobe, Foxit, or other equivalent)
- Solid Works
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Navisworks Manager / Freedom
- Operational knowledge in:
- SAP (ERP Tool w/ Engineering Modules and Transactions)
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk BIM 360
