We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, hands-on experience with CAD tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
- Conduct analysis and simulations to test the functionality of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.
- Create technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the manufacturing process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
